Dear Ms. Bilog,

​Greetings!

​ his pertains to the email letter dated January 29,

2021 directing you to formally respond to the Memos sent
by our client and to submit a written plan of action until
February 1, 2021 (Monday), copy furnished the
undersigned counsel. The letter was sent precisely for the
purpose of affording you the opportunity to cordially settle
matters with our client.

​ espite notice however, no response, explanation

and/or plan of action was sent by you or any of your
representatives. Moreover, you have continuously
committed the violation/s complained of by our client,
with particular stress on the use of sauces other than the
Wingyard Bistro-sanctioned ones, to the damage and
prejudice of our client and the goodwill of Wingyard Bistro
as a franchise system.

I​ n view of the same, and as final occasion for you to

resolve matters with our client, this FINAL DEMAND is
hereby made upon you to respond to the foregoing
on or before February 8, 2021. Upon your failure to
heed this final demand, our client shall have no other
recourse but to immediately seek the termination and/or
cancellation of the Franchise Agreement between you and
our client with the proper court/s and to file the necessary
case/s against you including but not limited to the filing of
a civil case for Breach of Contract with Damages with
prayer for issuance of a Temporary Restraining Order and
Preliminary Injunction against you.
