The meeting on 3rd September 2021 discussed the following points:

 Upcoming webinar

The team was acquainted with the upcoming webinar on “.....”, Followed by the division of tasks to
be taken up by each team.

 Project updates

The update for each project from their respective heads was gathered. It was noted that each head
has been working towards the expansion of their projects, via creative prospects pooled through
project meetings.

 Competition ideas

As decided in the previous meeting, members had to give in novel ideas for a competition to be
conducted by the society. Various ideas ranging from: Basing the competition on SDG goals, to
providing raw material to come up with enticing social enterprises and narrowed it down to Q&A
format and a spontaneity Round to check the target domain/audience of the projects presented. It
was also decided that the competition would be a two-stage contest.

The meeting was concluded within 60minutes, on a note to meet next Friday.
