briefly your reason of choosing each.

1. The first benefit that I chose is the “Rice subsidy of ₱2,000 or one (1) sack of 50kg rice per
month amounting to not more than ₱2,000”.
I chose this because ₱2,000 per month multiplied by 12 months is ₱24,000 per annum which is
totally a useful and huge amount. Also, if we will be given a one sack of rice instead of cash, it is
still useful because rice is one of our basic necessities in life and it is surely needed by every
household.

2. The second benefit that I would like to have is the “Uniform and clothing allowance not
exceeding ₱6,000 per annum”.

Uniform and clothing are important things to be considered in any working environment. Most
companies are releasing new uniform yearly and this is an important benefit because it will
lessen the burden of the expenses of the new released uniforms annually. Moreover, I believed
that uniform and clothing allowance should be consider by all company’s management as it is a
way of distinguishment that their employees are working on their company as they have the
proper and organized uniforms; this serves as a distinction also.

3. The third and last benefit that I chose is the “Actual medical assistance, e.g. medical allowance
to cover medical and healthcare needs, annual medical/executive check-up, maternity,
assistance and routine consultations, not exceeding ₱10,000 per annum”.
As they say, health is wealth. However, unexpected situations and happenings are possible to
happen. Thus, medical assistance is important. You will never know that tomorrow will brings
you. You can possibly wake-up in a hospital bed or you can experience illness/disease, so,
medical allowance is important to cover medical and healthcare needs. For females like me,
maternity, check-ups, and routine consultations are things that are needed to be prepared,
because someday, in the right time, we might get pregnant even we are working.
