1.What is the importance of dancing when it comes to relieving stress?

Dancing, like any other form of cardiac exercise, appears to improve one's mood. Dancing
increases the production of endorphins, which are natural painkillers produced by the brain. It
also improves sleep quality, which reduces stress. So put on your dancing shoes and let's get
this party started!

2.How do you feel after doing an exercise dance?

Emotionally, since dancing has taken care of me! My body releases endorphins when I dance.
This is a chemical that causes positive energy and happy vibes to be released! It aids in the
improvement of my emotional condition and the reduction of my pain perception.

3.Is it really possible to incorporate any kind of dance into exercise dance?

Yes, you can add dance into your training routine. Dancing is not just a workout, but it's also a
lot of fun! This workout improves your cardiovascular, muscular, and stamina strength.
4.Aside from Hiphop, what other form of dance can be incorporated in a dance exercise?

Ballet.
