TEMPLATE 3 Needs analysis questionnaire

Instructions
Photocopy one sheet for each student. Explain carefully the purpose of the
forms and allow enough time for students to think and fill them in. Before
collecting them in, you might want to allow students to compare ideas with each
other.

Needs analysis

For travel, study, business meetings, an exam, reading literature, friendship, emigration,
relationship, general interest, attending conferences, etc.?
