Below are the initial notes | took about the incident that happened with Council Member Morson

confident in my ability to navigate difficult situations, | perceived Council Member Morson's behavior to be
intentionally intimidating. His behavior to me has been often rude and argumentative, but is not unexpected
based on what I have seen others experience. | anticipate and prepare for this so that | can best represent the
work of my team to him as a member of the Council and the community. | work to find the truth in what he says.
