The primary purpose of this research is to discover and

investigate the ideas and concepts of students at La Consolacion

College in Baao.

The researchers collaborated on the questionnaire, which is

designed to determine the efficacy and consequences of distance

and face-to-face learning. In this study, a collection of online

questionnaires was delivered to the chosen sample. Surveys were

given to five students from each strand in the senior high school

department of La Consolacion College of Baao. The approval from

each of the selected pupils were obtained before administering

the questionnaire, The researchers accomplished this by sending

each chosen volunteer a private message about the study. The

researchers were in charge of the session's running order, and

then gave the students instructions and explained the study's

goal, the importance of completing the questionnaires, and the

confidentiality of their responses, with the data being utilized

solely for the study's purposes. Once the subjects had finished

the surveys, the researcher collected them. The researcher then

assessed the information.

The proposed study's main tool will be an online survey

questionnaire created by the researchers. The responders gave a

variety of questions to fill out. To obtain the needed

information from the students, a well-constructed and self-

developed questionnaire was employed. The questionnaire is

composed of three(3) parts (A B, and C). Section A will gather

information on respondents' view on Face-to-Face Classes, while

Section B will be about their views on Distance Learning.

Questions would include The Likert scale; a five-point scale that

allows people to indicate their level of agreement or

disagreement with the given questions. Very Satisfied, Satisfied,

Neutral, Dissatisfied, and Very Dissatisfied are some examples of

5-point rating scales for gauging satisfaction. Section C will

then include the respondent to be asked to write a descriptive

essay and express his viewpoints that will answer our SOP.

Directions and the method in which questions are to be provided

clearly stated throughout the survey. The questionnaire was

presented to the adviser for feedback, ideas, and any necessary

changes. It was ensured that the publicly available survey is

error-free.
