study entitled, “ICT Skills of Grade 12 STEM students of Liceo de La Salle” as part of our
requirements for the subject Inquiries, Investigation and Immersion.
You are chosen by the proponents of this research as one of its respondents through
stratified random sampling. In line with this, we are inviting you to answer this short survey as
honestly as you can. Participation in this survey is voluntary and you may withdraw your
