INFORMATION

The undersigned Assistant City Prosecutor accuses KILLIAN

MENDOZA y CRUZ, a resident of 478 Central Ave., Quezon City with
violation Section 12 Article 2 of RA 9165 , committed as follows:
That on or about the month of December 2021 at about 8:20 P.M. in Quezon
City, Philippines, and within the jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, the
above named accused, without authority of law and with intent to possess,
did then and there willfully, unlawfully, feloniously and knowingly have in
his possession, custody and control one (1) improvised glass pipe
containing Marijuana, a dangerous drug, which is an
instrument/paraphernalia fit or intended for smoking, consuming,
administering or introducing dangerous drugs into the body.
