INFORMATION

The undersigned Assistant City Prosecutor, upon sworn complaint

originally filed by the offended party, accuses KILLIAN MENDOZA y
CRUZ, a resident of 478 Central Ave., Quezon City with violation Section
28(e) of RA 10591 , committed as follows:
That on or about the month of December 2021 and subsequent thereto, in
Quezon City, Philippines and within the jurisdiction of this Honorable
Court, the said accused, without any lawful authority, did then and there
willfully, unlawfully and feloniously have in his possession and under his
custody and control one (1) unit caliber .38 revolver marked Smith &
Wesson with serial number 833268 with markings "RJN", a small arm,
loaded with six (6) pieces live ammunitions of caliber .38 with markings
"1RN, 2RN, 3RN, 4RN, 5RN and 6RN", without first securing the necessary
license or permit from the Firearms and Explosives Office of the Philippine
National Police, in violation of the above-entitled law.
