REG.: Clarjfication on the Indian Stamp (Haryana Amendment) Act, 2018
Notification dated 04.10.2018, Haryana Act No.26 of 2018.

Refer to our earlier Circular No.27/2019 dated 02.01,2019 for implementation of

revised value of Stamp Duty on Different Documents as per amended Haryana
Govt. Gazette Notification was circulated.

Now we have received Clarification on the Indian Stamp (Haryana Amendment)

Act-2018 Notification dated 04.10.2018, Haryana Act No.26 of 2018 issued by
Superintendent, Stamp & Registration. With a view to ensure that Bank's
interests are not jeopardized due to the ignorance of Official Concerned, the
details of Stamp Duty to be obtained in case of various documents and in vogue as
on date are appended below:
