CIRCULAR

All the Advocates, Litigants, Party-in-Person, Office of the Chief

Presenting Officer, Officers and Staff Members of the Maharashtra
Administrative Tribunal, Mumbai and its Benches at Nagpur & Aurangabad
are hereby informed that, the State Government has declared public holiday
in the state on Monday i.e. 07.02.2022, to mourn the demise of Bharat
Ratna Lata Mangeshkar.

In view of the same, the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal,

Mumbai and its Benches at Nagpur & Aurangabad will also observe holiday
on Monday i.e. 07.02.2022.

The matters already on board on 07.02.2022 at the Maharashtra

Administrative Tribunal, Mumbai and its Benches at Nagpur & Aurangabad
will be placed on the next working day i.e. Tuesday, 08.02.2022.

All the concerned to take note of the same.
