YOURSELF
This poster has some simple tips that may
help you as a young women to know how to
love yourself in the proper way, I know that
all of us women we love ourselves but some
of us are not following the right path for it.

yourself and choosing to love yourself

#1 Reduce stress in your life


Your environment, feelings and emotions
have a huge impact on your mental
health. Make sure to have a healthy
environment so that you do not spread
any negativity to other parts in your life.
#2 Get your beauty sleep
Make sure that you are getting enough sleep, we need
between seven to nine hours of sleep per night. Invest in a
sleep mask or a bluetooth speaker to listen to your before
sleeping meditation or podcast if you have too. Remember,
you are worth it!

#3 Exercise
Always put in your mind that a little progress each day
adds up to big results, so do not prevent yourself from
having the ideal body. Put a weekly plan and make sure to
follow it! Focus on the areas that are giving you a dis-
comfort right now and promise yourself that those specific
areas will be the ones that you are mostly proud of!
