3.Liabilities regarding accidents caused by negligence :

If an amusement park accident was caused by the carelessness or inattention of the park or a park
employee, then the most likely legal claim is for negligence. In a standard negligence
claim, the plaintiff must prove that the law required the defendant to be reasonably careful, that
the defendant was not careful, and that this carelessness caused the plaintiff to be injured.
The amusement park is responsible for the actions of its employees. So if an
employee is negligent, injured parties may sue the park for that employee's actions. The park or
its employees may be negligent by affirmatively doing something or by failing to do something.

4. Liabilities regarding Injuries Caused By Product:


Some amusement park accidents are caused by defective rides or components and not by
improper maintenance, inspection, operation, or use. For example, the faulty design of a lap bar
may cause the bar to unlatch mid-ride, so that the rider falls to the ground. Structural or design
defects in the ride itself may give rise to defective product liability claims against the
manufacturer of the ride or the maker of the defective part. In these claims plaintiffs must prove
that the structure, equipment, or part was defective and that the defect specifically caused
injury or death to the victim.

5. Liabilities regarding rider’ non-compliance with safety rules:


If an injured rider did not comply with posted age, weight, or height requirements, an amusement
park or ride manufacturer may raise this as a defense, especially if the injury was wholly or
partially caused by the rider's small size. It is completely the riders responsibility.

When riders don't follow posted safety rules and this disregard leads to injury, the
amusement park is sure to raise this as a defense as well. For example, if a rider unlatches his
seatbelt on a spinning ride and then is thrown from the car, a court is unlikely to find the park
negligent.

6.Liabilities regarding use of parking ,swimming pool associated


amenities and facilities : Use of the parking and associated amenities and facilities is
strictly at own risk. Children are not allowed to use the swimming pool or the associated
amenities and facilities unless they are accompanied by an adult .The owner,manager or
operator of these premises ,amenities and its directors ,officers ,employees, agents, do not
accept any liability for any injury or death of any property arising from the use of the
swimming pool and associated amenities and facilities, regardless of the cause there of.

7.Other libialities: The guest hereby agrees on behalf of himself and the members of his
party that it is a condition of his/their occupation of the park that the Park authority shall not be
responsible for any injury to, or death of, any person or the destruction of or damage to any
property on the premises, whether arising from fire, theft or any cause, and by whomsoever
caused or arising from the negligence of any person in the employment of the park

time of booking.

2. Price Related Notice: Hotel reserves the right to alter prices for any reason up to the date
of booking or up to 5 weeks prior to arrival, whichever is the later. After such dates, prices may
only be altered to reflect a change in the rate of VAT or for any other reason outside of the
control of the Hotel, in which case the changes will be notified to the Client. In the latter event,
the Client may cancel the booking without cost.

3. Liabilities of Room availability and Bookings : All rooms and prices offered by the
Hotel are subject to availability and the discretion of the Hotel Manager. Limited numbers of
suitable rooms may be allocated to individual rates, packages or promotions and, when these
allocations are taken up, remaining available rooms may be offered to the Client at a higher price
where the Client requires such rooms.

Bookings must be guaranteed by a major credit or debit card, by payment of a deposit or by


agreement in writing with a company, travel agent or hotel booking agency. At the discretion of
the Hotel, full prepayment may be required.

4. Liabilities of arrival and deparature: Bedrooms are usually available from 10 am


local time on the day of arrival. However, the Hotel is not in any way obliged to make bedrooms
available to Clients at this time.

Departure is by 2pm local time. Failure to check out by 11am local time will entitle the Hotel to
charge an additional fee.

If the Hotel cancels before 24 hour on the scheduled day of arrival, the Hotel’s liability to the
Client will be no greater than the amount paid by the Client in respect of the booking.
5. Liabilities regarding cancellations : There is no charge, and any deposit paid will
be returned, if a guaranteed reservation is cancelled at any time on the day that the Client is due
to arrive at the Hotel, except to the extent that specific terms apply to a particular booking.

The Hotel reserves the right to offset any amount payable for such cancellation against the
Client’s credit or debit card without prior notice or the approval of the Client, where applicable.

6. Regarding Payment: Settlement of the bill in full, less any advance payments, must be
made prior to departure from the Hotel.

7. Liabilities regarding use of different amenities: Use of the swimming pool,


gym and associated amenities and facilities is strictly at own risk. Children are not allowed to
use the swimming pool or the associated amenities and facilities unless they are accompanied by
an adult .The owner, manager or operator of these premises ,amenities and its directors ,officers
,employees, agents, do not accept any liability for any injury or death of any property arising
from the use of the swimming pool and associated amenities and facilities

8. Other liabilities: The Hotel does not accept any responsibility for the Client’s personal
property nor those of its guests, employees, representatives, invitees or contractors including
gifts, presents,

Use of these parking facilities is strictly at own risk

Children aged 15 years and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times to
ensure that the children’s behavior is appropriate for other guests within the Hotel.

Clients shall not enter areas of the Hotel which are indicated as being closed to the public. The
Hotel shall not be responsible for death, personal injury or loss or damage to property suffered
by a Client and their Guests in such areas.

9. DISPUTE:
These terms will be construed in accordance with Indian law and the Hotel and the Client
submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Bangladeshi courts.

10. Liabilities regarding Third party: Neither the Hotel, the Company accept any
liability for services rendered by third parties to Clients

The fare prices provided for all passengers . Fares and availability are subject to change until
ticketed. Prices are guaranteed only at time of purchase. All advanced ticket purchases are non-
refundable and non-transferable. Each ticket must be booked in the passenger’s name as it is
precisely displayed on a government issued ID.

Changing names on tickets is prohibited.******

3. OVERBOOKING:
Airline flights may be overbooked. A person denied boarding on a flight may be entitled to a
compensatory payment. The rules for denied boarding are available at all ticket counters

4. Liabilities regarding Third party: If a


travel agent or travel agency is responsible for your tickets, then they have to go to the same
procedure which would apply to determine. So, if you have booked your tickets via the third
party, then you need to obtain your refunds via them. There is no use of contacting the airline for
it.
5. Liabilities regarding booking:
When you are booking flights booking, you should always opt for Refundable flights. However
there is a disadvantage to it. The refundable flight prices are still higher than non refundable
costs. Most of the refundable tickets are bought by business classes, since they need to change
their dates and destination all the time. So it makes sense to purchase refundable tickets.
However, when ordinary people travel, they are likely to buy those non-refundable tickets. If we
cannot reach you over phone, email, other channels, we will void the transaction or refund full
amount to your account within 7 - 15 days, and the booking will not be valid after we have
processed. In case the customers have misunderstood/misleading our process, policies and don’t
want to issue E Ticket, customer can request us for voiding/refunding the amount to your
account without fee

6. Liabilities regarding health:


Neither Airlines Ticket VIP nor any of its related bodies corporate, directors, employees or
agents accept any liability in contract, tort or otherwise for any injury, damage, loss, delay,
additional expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by the acts, omissions or
default, whether negligent or otherwise, of third party providers over whom we have no direct
control, force majeure or any other event which is beyond our control or which is not preventable
by reasonable diligence on our part.

Traveling during pregnancy If your due date is within 4 weeks of your flight, you must
provide a doctor’s certificate stating that you’ve been recently examined and you’re fit to fly.

Children 2 or older are required to have their own seat, a ticketed adult fare. Children under 5 can’t travel
alone under any circumstances.

Other issues:
Restrictions for pets: We have temperature restrictions to make sure your pet isn’t exposed to
extreme heat or cold. Accordingly, in case of special weather circumstances, passengers cannot
travel with a pet if the current or forecasted temperature is too hot or too cold at any location on
their itinerary.

Any item that exceeds weight or maximum size required by Pacific Airlines may be re-packed,
with an excess baggage fee, sent as cargo, or rejected

You can take baby formula, prescription and non-prescription medicine and medical items on-
board if you need them during the flight.

environment, sometimes there are interruptions in service or events that are beyond the control of
Restaurant.com, and Restaurant.com shall not be responsible for any data lost while transmitting
information on the Internet. While it is Restaurant.com’s objective is to make the site accessible
24 hours per day ,7 days per week,The website maybe unavailable from time to time for any
reason .

These items are cooked to order and may be served raw or undercooked. Consuming raw or
undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase the risk of foodborne
illness.

Our store offers products with peanuts, tree nuts , milk, eggs and wheat. While we take steps to
minimize the risk of cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are safe
to consumer for people with peanut, tree nut, soy, milk, egg or wheat allergies. Restaurant
authorities will not be held responsible if someone has a food allergy .

I am not responsible for the outcome of any recipe you try from this restaurent. You may not
always have the same results I do due to variations in ingredients, humidity, altitude, cooking

information we request from you will be safeguarded under current legislation.
We will only share your information with companies if necessary to deliver services on our
behalf

There will be no any political discussion here .This is a service provider and a neutral
organization as well.

Customers can not shoot any video or film in the area of this restaurant without permission of
restaurant authority. If any customers do so without our permission we can sue him to the law
policy. Any blogger, videographer who wishes to make a video in our area he is requested to
application a form to our managerial forum.

If any guest situating at our restaurant and occur damage our properties and food for their wrath
& arrogance they are held responsible for our financial losses.We are not responsiblr for their
immature act. They have to pay for our damage
