Nowadays, many factors can influence learners' motivation.

From my standpoint, the most significant

elements motivating students to learn hard are the personal interests as well as the goals of students
and the learner's environment.

To begin with, I will mention the reason why students' hobbies and dreams motivate them. In order to
achieve the desired results, their goals should be clear and realizable. Thanks to it, they will always have
purposes to try their best all the time. However, studying without goals will cause them to feel
disoriented and focused. Thus, setting goals does not only help you in the present but also supports the
future.

In addition to this, the environment also plays a paramount role in inspiring students to study better.
Studying in a healthy environment with good relationships will always give you a lot of motivation. I say
that because when we learn with our friends who are attempting day by day, that will always motivate
us to try with them. Since then, we always have had positive energy and motivation to learn more
effectively

In conclusion, motivation is necessary to make students learn more hard-working. And the most
important factors are the personal learners' interest and the environments around them because they
influence students' studying directly and specifically most.
