For all these communications, a certain consistency in form is recommended so
that the customer can directly identify your company. In addition, legal notices

1. Purchase orders
The order form is a document that defines and validates the terms of service
between the sale buyers, in order to avoid any subsequent disputes. Just like the
invoice, it must include certain mandatory information.

to the proposal for a contact for services.
5. Acknowledgements of receipt
Notice or acknowledgment of receipt (AR) is a message or signal sent in a
standardized, and sometimes automatic, manner to inform a sender that what he
has sent has been received.
6. Invoices
The invoice certifies the purchase or sale of a good or service. It is an essential
document for accounting purposes. Here is a sample invoice to customize.
7. Supporting documents
It means that the document drawn up can be used as proof to a third party.
