Andi Rinaldo Situmorang (UD: Z 109697), jabatan Teknisi, di areal Airport Tanjung Bara, Dari pemerikssan awal yang dilakukan oleh Tim KPC ditemukan bahwa Sdr. Andi Rinaldo Situmorang bersama dengan tiga rekan kerja sedang melakukan pekerjaan merapikan kabel telekomunikasi. Dua orang pekerja mempersiapkan tangga pada tiang, kabel telekomunikasi yang akan digunakan untuk akses naik sedangkan satu pekerja berdiri di gasebo di dekat area tersebut, setelah tangga terpasang korban naik dan rekan kerja memegang tanga di bawah. Pada saat merapikan kabel telekomunikasi korban tersengat listrik. Kecelakaan ini telah dilaporkan kepada Kepala Inspektur Tambang (KAIT) segera setelah kejadian dan akan segera dilakukan proses investigasi oleh ‘Tim Inspektur ‘Tambang, Informasi lebih lengkap akan disampaikan setelah proses investigasi ini diselesaikan ‘Atas nama pribadi dan Manajemen KPC, kami berduka cita dan mendoakan agar almarhum. diterima di sisi-Nya dan keluarga yang ditinggalkan diberikan ketabahan, Hormat kami, & Mtunainmad Rud Y. L545/KTT-MR/IX/21 September 09", 2021 To: KPC Contractors’ Employees Subject: MKN Fatality Accident It is with the utmost regret and sadness that I have to notify you that a fatality accident has ‘occurred on Wednesday, 08 September 2021 at about 03:20 P.M. WITA, to an employee of PT Multi Kontrol Nusantara (MKN). contractor under Information Technology (IT), Mr. Andi Rinaldo Situmorang (VD: Z 109697), who works as Technician, at Airport arca, ‘Tanjung Bara. From initial investigation by KPC Team it was found that Mr. Andi Rinaldo Situmorang together with three colleagues are working on tidying up telecommunications cables. Two workers prepare ladders on the telecommunications cable pole that will be used for access up while one worker stands at the hut near the area, after the ladder was installed the victim climbed up and his coworker held the ladder at the bottom. When tidying up the telecommunications cable, the victim was electrocuted This accident has been immediately reported to the Chief Mine Inspector and investigation will be immediately performed by Team of Mine Inspectors. More detailed information will be provided when the investigation has been completed.
