the main conclusion which can be made about our business and its success is that it will need
to create a framework for promoting sales through rigorous marketing. Rigorous marketing will
create a room for improving the abilities of our firm to reach out to more consumers in the
industry. Secondly, our firm has a better position for reaching out to more consumers especially
considering that it will offer hand crafted material according to the needs of the customers.
However, external forces such as competition from the rivals  may affect the total sales made on
the day to day basis. Additionally, the firm will need to deal with the challenges which are
presented by the changes in the industry as far as consumer tastes and preferences are
concerned. These changes will challenge the survival of our startup.

6.1 Organizational Structure

Our  business that will be operated as a partnership entity `will focus more on creating a 
framework for achieving better outcomes from a financial dimension to deliver quality products. 
While our  firm is a startup, it has sufficient advantage over the rivals since it will be based on 
initial and comprehensive market research to identify trends and gaps which the existing
entities 
have left out. Maximizing these gaps will enable our  firm to develop a reliable approach for 
implementing the ideal approach for achieving the process's ideal goals.

6.2 Management Team

In our glitz and bliss business, it is worth noting that our business will be owned and operated
by 
Abm Students who will be responsible for making decisions about the day to day activities
carried out in the entity. The reason for the selection of this type of ownership is that it will
minimize the costs associated with the running of the business while at the same time improving
the insight which the management exhibits in profits optimization. On the same note, this form of
ownership will create a reliable approach for enhancing the management's perceptions against
the business,  which in turn will lead to strategic leadership. We surely have sufficient
knowledge and skills in business management and administration from various courses. On the
same note, the firm's ability to succeed will depend on the two exhibit's management skills.  the
skills gained throughout the courses will enable us to implement strategic planning and
management approaches which may be missing in the prevailing firms to ensure maximum
operations and efficiency.

6.3 Management Team Gaps

Glitz and bliss  Store is a brick and mortar and an online shop located in Galas,. Quezon
city .Our firm is a startup established by Grade 12 ABM .Our target consumers have identified a
gap in the industry where most of  the firms that offer accessory products and services are not
fully defined in their target markets. A majority of our firms target the general community as
opposed to a niche market. While the majority of our existing firms target the medium and low
income earning people in the community, lack of refinement in their operations has made it hard
to achieve the ideal goals and  objectives as far as delivering specified goods and services is
concerned. 
Our business is a small business. The size of the business may make it hard to compete with
large retailers and wholesalers in the industry. The market which the firm targets and will
operate within is complex and is marked with already established entities. These entities are
huge and hence command a big market share. The small business will need to make huge
investments in terms of marketing as well as consumer experience to earn a significant market
share.  One of the our  primary opportunities which will improve the abilities of our firm is  to
achieve better outcomes is venturing into an online framework. Ecommerce websites have
created a framework for redefining the approaches and business models that many companies
use in delivering goods and services to the consumers.
