APPOINTMENT

By virtue of the power vested in me under Chapter II Section 7 of the Republic Act No. 10742
otherwise known as Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act of 2015, I hereby appoint DANIELA ROSE P.
GUEVARRA as Barangay SK Secretary of Barangay 452, Zone 45, Sampaloc, Manila, effective
upon assumption to duty.

You can assume office and perform the duties and functions as Barangay SK Secretary as
provided for in Section 14 of the Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act of 2015.
