One day in Salamanca.

Salamanca is a small city in Spain where a lot of students of Spain and Europe meet to carry on
their degrees, it transforms Salamanca in a lively city. We went there looking for fun, party and
cultural activities and it did not let down.

We stayed in a small apartment near the main square, it was a reasonably priced option
because we were 6 boys and girls. We found the apartment by AIRBNB, a good option for this
city. We had to share rooms but there were really comfortable and clean. Furthermore it was
provided with kitchen, household and the location was unbeatable.

Our plan was to visit the most iconic places and have some party, we had to manage well our
time. So, we decided to visit the main square, it is located in the heart of the city, surrounded
by traditional buildings and a lot of restaurants and stores. It is considered cultural heritage
and one of the most visited places in Salamanca, depending what time you visit it would be
overrun with tourist. Nevertheless it is a must see place, there you can find a well preserved
architectural art all over the walls and in every corner and authentic cuisine restaurants.

We had heard about a hidden place lost in the city and our mission was to find it. We got some
information from local people but it seemed to be at the end of a labyrinth. Finally when we
found it, we discovered a breathtaking place covered by a romantic atmosphere. Lots of plants
in a peaceful corner of the city located at the top of the old town fortress´ border. No doubt, it
provides great photo ops and an amazing place to share with your partner. It was Calisto and
Melibea garden.

Finally, for night life you can find many options, but in some places the age average could be
lower than expected. But hanging around you can find a perfect party site.
