as advertised on indeed.com on Thursday 28 March 2019. I am a recent postgraduate from Charles Sturt
University with a major in Computer Networking. I have 1 years working experience as a Computer
Technician and now I am seeking the opportunity to implement my knowledge and skills.

After conducting careful research on your company’s website I was impressed that you are committed to
giving the best to your customers by outsourcing projects with skilled professionals who work to identify
and implement information technology solutions for business. I am very interested in applying for this
position as I am currently working as a Computer Technician, with hands-on experience and strong
customer service skills andcommunication skills developed as a Receptionist at The Collectionist Hotel.

While working as a Computer Technician at Quantum Service and Logistics for over 3 year, it was a great
opportunity to enhance my skills asI was involved in troubleshooting, setting up a network, installing operating
systems, repairing and replacing of hardware. I also assisted customers with desktop support by providing
problem solving information and explaining technical terms.Owing to my previous experience, I feel I have the
skills and experience to be the right candidate for this role.

At The Collectionist Hotel and in my Professional Year Course, I developed strong communication skills,
both written and verbal, by writing reports, emails and communicating face-to-face with customers and
colleagues.I am a friendly, hardworking, honest individual who is able to work independently in busy
environments and can also achieve targets within a strict deadline in a team. In my role as a Computer
Technician, punctuality and self-motivation towards work motivate me to complete my daily task on time. I
have also learned to prioritise important tasks and be well organised by keeping documents up-to-date.
