The literature review should discuss the past theoretical and empirical studies which become
the basis of the current studies. The authors are encouraged to review recent articles and from
reputably journals. Where applicable, model and hypothesis development should be
developed and presented.
If you are using Word, use either the Microsoft Equation Editor or the MathType add-on
(http://www.mathtype.com) for equations in your paper (Insert | Object | Create New |
Microsoft Equation or MathType Equation). “Float over text” should not be selected.
The text should be divided into sections, each with a separate heading and numbered
consecutively. The section/subsection headings should be typed on a separate line

The methods should provide sufficient details of the instrument used and the procedures
followed to allow the work to be repeated by others.
In this section, it is explained the results of research and at the same time is given the
comprehensive discussion. Results can be presented in figures, graphs, tables and others that
make the reader understand easily.
Compare your work to other work reported in the literature. In the discussion a clear
presentation of the application of the research finding for business practice must be
emphasized.

The main conclusions of the researched work should be presented. Provide a statement that
what is expected, as stated in the "Introduction" chapter can ultimately result in "Results and
Discussion" chapter, so there is compatibility. Moreover, it can also be added the prospect of
the development of research results and application prospects of further studies into the next
(based on result and discussion).
The manager implication should clearly state the implications of findings at the managerial
level. It should be between 350 and 400 words.

LIMITATION AND FUTURE RESEARCH (Optional, Sitka Banner, Uppercase, Bold, 11pt)
This section should provide the limitation of research as well as the recommendation for
future research.

References should be arranged alphabetically and follow IEEE style. References in the text
should include author(s) name(s), journal title/book title, chapter title/article title, year of
publication, volume number/book chapter and the pagination must be present. Use of DOI is
highly encouraged. The reference style used by the journal will be applied to the accepted
article by Elsevier at the proof stage. Note that missing data will be highlighted at proof stage
for the author to correct.
Example:
Refer to journal “… as demonstrated by Sumeru, et.al [1], [2] obtained a different result…”
Refer to book “… new system operating computer [3] should match with the new architecture
