HOW TO ORDER REPLACEMENT PARTS

When ordering replacement parts, please specify:

1. The SERIAL NUMBER as stamped on Compressor Nameplate.


2. The QUANTITY.
3. The PART NUMBER, ILLUSTRATION NUMBER and NAME OF
PART exactly as listed.

The Serial Number for the unit will be found on the Nameplate.

A special feature of this parts list is the system of Identifying parts which are included with an
assembly or other part. These included items are denoted by being indented from the previous
I~ne. Example:

All parts tn which studs are normally set always include such studs with nuts. If studs only are
required, specify the diameter of the stud. the length of projection and the part number of the
ptece inlo which the stud is to be set.

When orderang parts for accessory equipment not manufactured by Ingersoll-Rand Company.
always give the Serial Number and/orType Number of the part as well as the Compressor Serial
Number.

Do not use such terms as “Complete” and “Sets” unless these words a’ppear specifically in the
parts list. State exactly what is wanted and gave the exact number of parts required. If returning
parts for Inspection or repair, be sure to include the serial number of the compressor from which
the parts were removed.
