Mica mine project

Work plan:
- we need to expose ore zone area to discover mica
mineralization (ore body type, strike dip & dipping,
thickness) to calculate and estimate mica amount and start
extraction.

Mine plan:
Day Shift System: 10 Hrs. full work time.

Machines used in mine:

1 Hyundai Shovel (330)
5 Trucks (18 m3)
1 Dozer

Production Plan:
Waste material in mine:
Shovel production rate = (100 truck/shift).
Truck round/shift = (20 round/shift).
Ore Transportation plan:
It depends upon the selected road and the time spent between
mine and stock.
Survey tasks Required:
Establish control point for our mine – map our mine area by
AutoCAD – doing a level map for our mine.

Site requirements:
Closed Camp for all staff members containing the following:
- Car.
- Separated single room with internal bathroom.
(bed – closet - bed cover – air condition – coffee machine -
table).
- Internet service.
- Office (chairs – table – printing machine - board).
- Eating room with T.V.
- Mosque.
- Cloths washing service.

Safety requirements:
- First Aid box.
- extinguisher.
- scorpion medicine.
-sterilizer box.
- uniform (2 Shirt – 2 trouser- 1 shoe- 1 reflector).
- dust mask & sun glass.
- 4 Trucks Cone reflector.
