Dear:
I am Abdul Hakim, son of Abdul Hamid, born in 1960 in an illiterate family where my father had a
stonemason's job and my mother worked as a needlewoman at home and in her spare time. In this way,
they moved the wheel of a weak family economy and led their life together, which had a large family of
eleven, enduring many difficulties.
I joined my village school in Kabul in 1967 and had not yet reached the legal age to do heavy work in
addition to educating myself, my younger siblings for family and educational expenses. Each of the
brothers and sisters grew older and older, each of them, like me, helped in some form of the family's
weak economic wheel and continued their education. Thus, in 1979, I joined the Kabul Polytechnic
University, which coincided with the beginning of the country's civil war. After continuing my studies, I
finally graduated with a master's degree in engineering from Seoul and obtained my graduation
certificate in 1984.
Of course, after graduating from the University, the civil war had intensified, and after a short period of
two years of professional service, I was sent to military service for about five years. The end of military
service coincided with the change of government regime and the arrival of jihadist regimes in Kabul in
1990, and the country's economic system has been subject to chaos and street-to-street wars, and not
everyone has medicine to live and die. MThe load was from home and neighborhoods, and he was alone
with his family and parents, who had made the endless .problems of their lives bent and tired, because
we were wandering homeless birds in the corners and alleys of Kabul. But we could not travel and
emigrate abroad, so we inevitably remained in Kabul with a thousand problems.
In 1995, when the Taliban government came to power, my family and I became completely unemployed.
They each traveled to each of the provinces and neighboring countries to get a piece of bread.
For my livelihood, I also worked and worked for short periods in construction and service companies
from 1995 to 2017. Later, until now, I am completely unemployed. While I have a family of five and my
children are studying, we live in a rented shelter with a sister who is a widow and has a family of six.
Therefore, I want to get a job in this office that is in line with the needs of your esteemed office.
In this way, as stated above, their purpose is to serve the esteemed office, of course, they will make a
decision as they deem necessary. In this way, I can serve my oppressed and helpless people and my
family.
