The Project Costs are any expenditures made or estimated to be made, or monetary
obligations incurred or estimated to be incurred to complete the project. Then, anumber of
tools and resources are available that aid the process for identifying potential sponsors to

The financial plan will identify the different sources of financing for the project, the amounts to
be provided by each financier, and the overall percentage of total project cost that each
financier will finance.
