Undertaking for parents/guardians

I, Mr./Ms._____________________________________ mother/father/guardians of Mr./Ms. -
___________________________________ do hereby undertake and confirm that I am
willingly allowing him/her to travel to the NUSRL, Ranchi campus. I declare that in any
unfortunate situation, if he/she gets affected with Covid-19 infection, while returning to the
campus or during his/her stay in the campus, the Institute will not be held responsible for it.
Furthermore, I also undertake to bear all the medical expenses in case of infection of the
student. I am willingly taking the risk of sending my child to the NUSRL, Ranchi campus.
