DESIGN THEME/CONCEPT : A PLACE OF LIFE

CONCEPT DESCRPTION:

The concept arose from the desire to have “A place of life”. A space that fosters a sense of
community and belongingness, the feeling that the users matter to one another and to the
group, and a shared faith that their needs will be met through their commitment to be
together. Conclusively, the entirety of the design undertones architect Mario Pei’s famous
remark, “Good architecture lets nature in.” The project is foreshadowed to reflect a functional
beach resort that will house important amenities that are envisioned to promote active living
and wellbeing. Design also adopts the living in harmony with nature concept.
