What I Can Do
Directions: Write a 150-word essay about religion and how helpful is it towards
your personal outlook in life.
First and foremost, we should look up the religion as one of the greatest gift from above. This
is the way of truth, an eye-opener to those who lost and an answer to those who wants to give up
in life. I admit that I am not perfect. I have a lot of imperfections in life, but once we talk about
religion, I guard myself down because I respect God the most. Religion helps me to shape as a
better person. For an instance, I find some wrongdoings, the first thing comes on my mind is/are
the doctrine/s from my religion. I should not do it because it's against to my belief. I protect
myself from harm and think immediately to resolve the problems. Religion is my guide and my
path to do a correct act and decision in life. For me, without religion we are nothing and we are
less. We just only live in a tedious life, not a colorful one. We can freely do bad things and end
up unaware. Therefore, religion is important in all aspect of our lives.
