SEGMENTAL ANALYSIS

An operating segment is a component of the Company that engages in business activities from which it may earn revenues and incur expenses, including revenues and expenses that relate to transactions with any of the
Company's other components, whose operating results are reviewed regularly by the management to make decisions about resources allocated to each segment and assess its performance, and for which discrete financial
information is available.
For management purposes, the Company has identified operating segments based on products and services. Management monitors the operating results of its business units separately for the purpose of making decisions
about resource allocation and performance assessment. Segment performance is evaluated based on turnover.

No revenue from transactions with a single external customer or counterparty amounted to 10% or more of the Company’s total revenue in 2020 or 2021.
There were no transactions between reportable segments in 2020 or 2021.

year ended 31st March 2021 .
3 There has not been a significant change in the nature of the contingent liabilities which were disclosed in the Audited Financial Statements for the
year ended 31st March 2021.
