signed by the project manager and the managers of the project parts, and assume responsibility for
the content of these acts and the conformity of the solutions to the actual construction conditions;
22.6. The designer must submit the project manager's approval for the appointment (hiring) of the

(customer) and formalized in accordance with the procedure established by legal acts;
22.8. Correction or replacement of bad design solutions; elimination of errors in design solutions or
replacement with other design solutions during the entire term of the contract must be performed by
the designer free of charge, within the term agreed with the builder (customer). Amendments,
supplements and corrections to the project are made by preparing a new edition design solution
document, and a new edition is assigned to this document. If the project documents are amended,
supplemented and corrected several times, a new edition of the documents is issued each time. The
designer, having prepared the project, its amendments, supplements and corrections, and having
signed it, confirms that the project complies with the provisions of laws, other legal acts, project
preparation documents, normative construction technical documents, normative structure safety and
purpose documents, and is responsible for the quality of the whole project, the consequences of
22.9. If bad project solutions (not in accordance with the requirements of the applicable legal acts,
not based on calculations, inconsistent with each other and resulting in the need to amend/correct the

23.7. The project is completed and formalized in accordance with the procedure established by LST

23.7.1.Projects must be prepared specifically for each object. Also projects must be prepared for each
object separately.
23.8.
24.1. The designer undertakes to organize and ensure the proper performance of the supervision of
the construction project execution provided for in the contract and valid legal acts throughout the
construction period of the structure, from the beginning of the construction of the structure to the
completion of the construction of the structure in accordance with the procedure established by legal
acts. All costs related to the project implementation supervision activities are the responsibility of the
24.2. The supervision of the construction project implementation shall be carried out in accordance
with Chapter VI "Description of the procedure for supervision of the execution of the structure

safety and purpose documents. In all cases, such changes must be agreed with the builder (customer)
in writing.
2 4 . 1 1 . The designer must ensure the obligation of the managers of the structure project execution
supervision (according to their competence) to sign the inspection of hidden construction works,
recognition as suitable for use and other construction execution documents, if they comply with the
solutions of the supervised part of the structure project, the requirements of normative constrnction
contractors (subcontractors), coordinate their submitted work project and I or its components,
if they are prepared in accordance with legal requirements and comply with the project
solutions;
b) Provide recommendations and take all necessary actions to ensure the quality of the structure

2 4 . 1 3 . The designer undertakes to provide the builder (customer) with project execution supervision
reports:
a) Interim reports shall be drawn up at least every 3 months. They briefly describe the process
of supe rv ision of the structure project execution, recommendations and conclusions on the
compliance of the work with the project solutions, provide comments recorded in the
construction log and/or official notices, complete and provide a table of changes to the solutions
c) The final report shall be submitted before the start of the structure completion procedures of
the information system of the Republic of Lithuania "Infostatyba". This report briefly describes
the process of supervision of the structure project execution, provides recommendations for the
operation of the structure, completes and presents a final table of changes to the design solutions
of the structure project (all components). Together with the construction contractor, the designer
forms and prepares for the uploading to the information system of the Republic of Lithuania
"lnfostatyba" the final editions of the project solution documents of the structure project,
design, project expertise" and LST 1516:2015 "Structure project. General formalization
requirements".
24.14. The end of the supervision of the execution of the structure project is considered to be the day
