Client F. Diaz, a 25 years old, with a history of illness presented herself with dry, scaly skin, skin flushing,
and itching (eczema) on both of her arms and legs. According to the client, she has had eczema since
childhood. She also stated that she usually experiences itching every night. Her eczema is involves in
immune system such as asthma and environmental triggers such as face powder and perfumes. The
alleviating factor is by applying steroids that were prescribed by her doctor and advised her to avoid the
triggering factors to her eczema such as dogs, face powders, and perfumes. Client C. Bautista, a 20 years
old, does not have present illnesses however her weight is 99 kg, her height is 167.6 cm, and her BMI is
36.3 and considered as obese. Obese people are at high risk for heart disease and diabetes. C. Bautista
started to lose weight and lessen her calorie intake. Client A. Diaz does not have present illnesses.
