● This new bypass region has many ambitious ventures coming up in the near future including
high end housing projects and townships, IT and industrial parks, super speciality
hospitals etc. And this will result in a huge population shift to this region, making a dream
destination for high quality life and work.

● The increased population density and development of this region may make this area
more functional and the access to this region is also comparatively easier due to the existence
of an already developed region crossing it.

● Since this area is in close vicinity to the main city and the Kozhikode medical college, the
developments here are more and in a greater pace.

● Due to the existence of the cyber park in vicinity, there are huge scopes for high end
residential projects to come up in this region making it an area of tremendous development
potential, thus improving all the supporting infrastructure and urban services.
