Subject: Application for Correction of Zone of Domicile

Sir,
With due respect. Stated that I belong to FR Bannu which is inside Zone 1 .In
online apply I had mistakenly mentioned my district of domicile Bannu instead of
FR Bannu,while the Zone had mentioned correctly as Zone 1 .Yesterday in the test
of Research officer my zone of domicile was mentioned as Zone 4 on answer sheet
which was wrong.
So kindly correct my record. I would highly appreciate you.
