DISENTANGLE: free ( something or someone) from something they are
entangled with
INTERTWINED: connected or linked closely
SHOWER SOMEBODY WITH SOMETHING: give someone a lot of praise
CAVEAT: a warning of specific stipulations/ conditions/ limitations
STIFLING: making one feel constrained ( ex. The stifling formality of her
family life)
DEBRIS: scattered pieces of rubbish or remains
WITHSTAND: remain undamaged or unaffected ( ex.withstand winds of more
than 100 mph)
offer strong resistance or opposition to ( ex. Constantinople
withstood the eastern invaders)
BAFFLED: bewildered or perplexed
