Internship Framework-
Phase 1- WP’s to undergo a complete Training programme of min. 3 to 4 weeks to gain the desired set of
knowledge, skills & to ensure active & regular participation.
Phase 2 - To conduct FLSR ( Financial literacy survey campaign) & ensure successful completion of the
assignment- Survey based activity.
Phase 3- Launch of WPL- To contribute in Wealth Premier League by actively participating & ensuring that the
satisfactory results / benchmarks are achieved.
1. Prepare a working model & final plan of action & hence conduct those activities as a part of general
public awareness/ Initiative to spread awareness on ‘Financial Well Being’ for prospects by identifying their
needs.
2. Provide & develop Financial portfolio & suggest solutions to prospects basis their requirements & financial
goals.
3. To learn, gain & update self regarding the rich learning in Wealth management avenues of Mutual funds,
Life insurance, General insurance & overall 360* Financial planning, as imparted by the company.
4. Spreading education & awareness in the society /masses by conducting Investors conferences / Webinars.
5. Organize timely & regular Online connect with the prospect & to ensure a satisfactory approach &
guidance throughout the association.
6. To work on promoting various projects of Digital marketing, Corporate marketing & Retirement project of
the company by putting best efforts & thus adding value to the assigned work.
7. To establish a connect & to organize a Corporate presentation with the company & hence help prospects
achieve financial goals through various solutions to choose from.
8. To share regular communications with prospects regarding market trends, information, research &
investment material of the company.
Please note that all the responsibilities shall come into effect after the company has imparted due training to the
WP’s. And these are to be performed, dealt & executed under the strong supervision of Mentors & Stakeholders
to ensure best experience.

Knowledge
Product Knowledge –To ensure gain a detailed knowledge of all investment avenues such as Mutual Funds,
Life insurance, General insurance & construction of Financial portfolio.
Wealth/ Portfolio Management – Understand client portfolio in terms of their risk and reward appetite and
assist them to achieve their financial goals
Financial planning/ Investment Advisory – To gain thorough financial and sector knowledge as well
knowledge of competitors, must provide sound and reliable advice to clients.
Skills
Communication Skills: have excellent communicating and listening skills, ability to explain complex
information clearly and in a simplified manner. Should be a confident individual and must conduct and present
themselves well.
Analytical Skills: Is able to analyse the requirement of the clients basis their financial goals and have strong
logical and numerical ability
Work to achieve results: Has ability to deal with stress and follow procedures. Has good emotional stability
and conscientiousness when dealing with achieving results. Should always identify opportunities for greater
benefit.
Compliance: follows the guidelines and compliance needs and be closely monitored and response to any
request for documentation
