brother in law claudius. a ghost resembling the old king appears


arming for an attack of norway. hamlet and horatio want to see
the ghost and he tells them that he have been killed by claudius
and to revenge him
plot 2nd act: hamlet pretends to be mad. king counsellor polonius thinks
that's due to his love for his dauther ophelia. hamlet arranges the
performace of 'the murder of gonzago' which as a similar story to the
ghost's one
