Toppy V-Shape can securely handle various type of load used in several
fields of application as pharmaceutical, food, cosmetic and for various other
products like bags, boxes, phials, bottles, big bags and cans. First of all is
built with a unique and strong frame, and is manufactured in painted steel.
A full stainless steel model is also available. All moving parts are operated by
hydraulic, electrical and pneumatic systems. These pallet turners are requested
by customers having available area for stand alone equipment and with the
necessity of changing an important number of pallet / hours. The pallet to be
replaced is loaded onto a lower platform at floor level, the loading is allowed
by a pallet jack, a powered pallet truck or a forklift.

Toppy V Shape i-Beetle consists of a „V-Shape“ pallet changer, with
two, in a line arranged, pallet stackers and a micro-shuttle transporter.
The micro-shuttle supplies the system with new pallets and takes the
old pallets on and gives these off. Thanks to a fully automatic sonar
centering, the product always sits in the middle of the pallet. In
addition, the pallet warehouses need to be fed with pallets in very good
conditions, high quality and, therefore, high cost. Many companies
use the same good pallets for the transport of their products, which
results in a material and economical loss (because of the high overall
transport costs). Our Automatic Inline Pallet Changers are the highest
performing changer machines in the Toppy production.

Toppy V Shape minilogy is fast and strongly designed
for a 24/7 operation. Toppy V Shape in line pallet
exchanger version can be supplied complete of roll or
chain conveyor ready to be integrated in logistic lines.
The V Shape fully automated configuration complete of
pallet stackers can guarantee the higher performance
output. Its sonar centering device can compensate
different pallet size during the pallet replacement

V-SHAPE Logy
Toppy V Shape Logy tilts the load backwards at
120° allowing a gentle and save pallet replacement.
Its configuration allows the machine to exchange pallets and
securely handle a huge variety of products including loads of
bags, boxes, drums, bottles, etc. The Toppy V Shape is fast
and strongly designed for a 24/7 operation. Toppy V Shape
in line pallet exchanger version can be supplied complete of
roll or chain conveyor ready to be integrated in logistic lines.
The V Shape fully automated configuration complete of
pallet stackers can guarantee the higher performance
output. Its sonar centering device can compensate different

Toppy Q Shape Logy turn the load backwards allowing a gentle
and save pallet replacement. Two independent platforms and an
openable side plete, together with the rear platform, support
the product to safety perform the pallet exchanging operation.
Its configuration allows to handle all kind of products such as
bags, bis bags, drums, vials, cartons, folding boxes, bottles,
rolls, etc. Depending from product and particular load/box
mosaic configuration Toppy Q Shape can rotate the load at 95°,
120°, 135°, 180° exchanging angle. The Toppy Q Shape is fast and
strongly designed for a 24/7 operation. Toppy Q Shape in line
pallet exchanger version can be supplied complete of chain
conveyor on lower platform ready to be integrated in logistic
lines. The Q Shape fully automated configuration complete of

Toppy Inverter is a stationary pallet exchanger that can turn loads and exchange
pallet of a maximum weight of 2000 kg and maximum height of 2600mm. Toppy
Inverter is available in various configurations and options, in fact loading can be
performed by forklift or pallet jack (floor level version), or there is the possibility
to change the pallet at 90° (for stable goods only) instead of 180°. Their diversity
makes them suitable for any kind of industry such as food, pharmaceutical,
cosmetics and ceramics companies. Toppy Inverter is available both in manual
version or in fully automatic mode that is characterized by safety devices that

 INVERTER IN LINE
Toppy Inverter is a stationary pallet turner provided with two roll
conveyors one on each platform. Rotations and lifting are obtained by
hydraulic system. This system works 40 pallet / hour with one size of
pallet, to which have to be added the time to change the pallet size, that
is 80 seconds (example: from 800×1200 mm to 1000×1200 mm and vice
versa).

Toppy Gravity pallet Stacker and De-Stacker is a new eco-
friendly pallet organizer concept for releasing & storing
pallets. Free energy operating, no need of electrical power
