I offer you a pattern about crocheting the toys.

This crochet pattern in written

like a step-by-step instruction and includes a lot of photos. Skill level is intermediate,
you should have the skills in crochteing and ability to read the schemes.
The size of the toys depends on the chosen yarn. If crocheting using the yarn of
the pointed thickness, the diameter of the napkin is approx. 30 cm, if folded approx.
26 cm without rings.

 Materials and tools

1. The toy: the microfiber yarn “Alize Diva” 350m/100g. Colors: light green, dark
green, yellow, lilac. The demand of the yarn is not very big. It is possible to change
the yarn according to your personal preferences considering the thickness of the
yarn pointed in the pattern.
2. Crochet hooks 1,5-1,75 mm and 2,25-2,5 mm. It is possible to choose the hook
individually, basing on the thickness of the chosen yarn and your personal
preferences.
3. Beads for the eyes 10 mm in diameter, 2 pcs.
4. Wooden beads 20 mm in diameter, 2 pcs.
5. Plastic or wooden rings, 2,0-3,0 cm in diameter.
6. Plastic beads 2 pcs. The diameter of the beads is a little bit smaller than the inner
diameter of the rings.
7. Scissors, needles.
8. Stuffing (hollofayber).

General advices and recommendations
1. Double magic ring
To avoid the formation of an opening in the beginning of the crocheting, especially if
you use a slippery yarn, I recommend to begin the crocheting from the double magic
ring.
Make 3 turns by the working yarn round the index finger of the left hand as it is shown
at the photo. Insert the hook under the first two turns and grasp the third turn with
the hook and stretch it through the first two turns. So we get a loop on the hook (hold
it with your finger), grasp the working thread with the hook and crochet a sl st. Take
away the ring from the finger.

Crochet sc in the ring. Pull for one of the rings so as the other one begins decreasing
until it fully tightens!

Then pull for the «tail» of the thread and tighten to the end. Further crochet a sl st
between the first and the last sc and close the ring.

2. Invisible decreases

I recommend to crochet the invisible deacreases to get an accurate look of

your product. To do them insert the hook under the front loop and at once insert the
hook under he next front loop (arrows at the photo). There are a loop and 2 halfloops
on the hook. Grasp the working thread. Crochet together both halfloops and then 2
loops on the hook.

 3. Accurate finishing of the crocheting
Often while finishing the crocheting we crochet 6 decreases in the last row. I
recommend to crochet only 3 decreases, so as in the end you’ll have not less than 9
sc.
Then crochet a sl st, cut the yarn, leaving approx. 20 cm. Draw out a loop, which is on
the hook, insert this thread in a needle. Tighten the opening inserting a needle under
each front loop. You can insert a needle once more under those very same loops.
Fasten off, cut the yarn and hide the end.

For accurate and invisible finishing of crocheting of a flat element you can use the
following method: crochet one slip stitch after crocheting the last single crochet.

If you crocheted not in a spiral, but used the chains in the beginning of the row, then
do not crochet a slip stitch! Cut tha yarn, draw out a loop and insert the thread in a
needle. Further repeat the actions shown at the photos below. Fasten off, cut the
yarn, hide the end.

4. While crocheting you can use a thread or plastic marker, if it is necessary.

Colored hexagons
Crochet 6 hexagons according to the suggested scheme 1. It is possible to alternate
the colors of the yarn according to the suggested variants or according to your own
preferences.
Yellow yarn. Begin with MR, crochet according ot the scheme 1.

The variant 1 – 3 hexagons.

1 rnd: Crochet hooks 2,25-2,5 mm, yellow yarn. Begin with MR, crochet according ot
the scheme 1.
2-3 rnd: lilac. Cut the yarn, further crochet in or hide.
4 rnd: yellow. Cut the yarn, further crochet in or hide.
5-7 rnd: dark green. Cut the yarn, leaving approx. 60 cm for the further work.
8 rnd: light green. Cut the yarn, accurately finish the crocheting (look the general
advices).
The variant 2 – 3 hexagons.
1 rnd: begin with MR, iilac.
2-3 rnd: yellow. Cut the yarn, further crochet in or hide.
4 rnd: lilac. Cut the yarn, further crochet in or hide.
5-7 rnd: dark green. Cut the yarn, leaving approx. 60 cm for the further work.
8 rnd: light green. Cut the yarn, accurately finish the crocheting (look the general
advices).

Compare the colored hexagons with the central part of the comforter as it is shown at
the photo. The place where we finished crocheting the hexagon should look to the
sentral part.
Crochet together two details from the arrow A to the arrow B with a dark green
thread. Scheme 2. (1 sl st, 1 ch)*repeat till the complete connection along the pointed
side of the hexagons. Not cutting the yarn continue similarly connecting the left
hexagons with central part. After it fasten off, cut the yarn, hide the end.

Return to the threads left while crocheting of the hexagons, and crochet together the
lateral sides of the details in the direction pointed at the photo by the arrow, it total
we have 6 seams. You can hide the ends of the threads right now with the help of a
needle or you can later crochet them in.

13 rnd: crochet hooks 2,25-2,5 мм, attatch a light green yarn (the place of the
beginning of the row – the back part of the comforter). Crochet according to the
schemes 3 and 4, at the same time insert the hook between the couples of dc, not in
the stitches of the base. The repeat from the arrow А to the arrow В. In the places of
the connection of two hexagons crochet 2 dc with one common top (Scheme 5).

14 rnd: attatch a dark green yarn. Define the places for the connection of the rings
with the beads. On the whole technically the crocheting is similarly to the crocheting
of the previous row (scheme 6), excepting the hexagons, at which the rings will be
placed.

Crocheting in of the rings with the beads.

Reaching the place where the ring is, continue crocheting round the ring, crocheting it
round with sc. Place the stitches evenly and rather tightly. Draw out a loop, which is
on the hook, pass the ring through it, tighten.

Take a thinner hook (1,25-1,5 mm). Insert the hook under the loop, made while
crocheting round the ring, as it is shown at the photo. Grasp the working thread, draw
out a long loop.

Stretch this loop in the opening in a bead with the help of the hook. Insert the hook in
the loop, made while crocheting round the ring, and take out the working loop to the
wrong side. Stretch the working loop through a bead at the wrong side of the ring and
take it out to the right side, so as you can continue crocheting this row. If necessary
control the length of the loop, pulling the working thread.

Crochet in the second ring with the bead similarly. Crochet round all the hexagons
according to the scheme 6. Cut the yarn, hide or crochet in.

15 rnd: light green yarn. Insert the hook between the couples of dc, crochet round the
contour of the comforter: (1 stitch of «crab stitch»/reverse single crochet, 1
ch)*repeat till the end of the row. At the same time crochet round the rings by the
«crab stitch»/reverse single crochet without crocheting ch! Look the scheme 7. Fasten
off, cut the yarn, hide the end.

Decoration of the muzzle
Place the pins-markers as it is shown at the photo: points 1 and 2 are between the 19
and 20 rows. Between the points there are 18 sc.
Points 3 and 4 are between the 30 and 31 rows. Between the points there are 16 sc.
With the help of a long needle and a trong thread approx. 50 cm long (you can use
the wotking thread, if it is strong enough) make a tightening, following the algorithm
and checking the symmetry of the tightening.

1. Insert a needle in the base of the head, take out in the point 1 (leave the end of
the thread approx. 10 cm long).
2. Stepping a couple of stitches from the point 1 to the nose, insert a needle in the
point 5. Take it out in the point 3.
3. Stepping one stitch from the point 3 to the neck, inser a needl, take it out in the
point 1. Slightly tighten.

5. String a bead-eye. Insert a needle in the point 5, take it out in the point 2.
Slightly tighten.

9. Check the symmetry of the tightening, tie the ends of the threads, hide the ends
and the knot with the help of the hook.

Eyelids (2 details). Light green yarn, the hook 1,5-1,75 mm.
Crochet 8 ch, from the second loop from the hook crochet: sc, 5 dc, sc. Cut the yarn,
leaving approx. 25 cm for the further work. Fasten the eyelids with pins, sew them.

Conduct a humid heat treatment, giving a smart appearance to your product.

4 rnd: 20 sc (20). Cut the yarn, further crochet in or hide.
5 rnd: Lilac yarn. In the beginning of crocheting leave the end of the thread approx.
130 cm long for the further work, take it out to the right side. Crochet 20 sc with the
main thread (20).
6 rnd: crochrt for the back loops 20 sc (20)
7-9 rnd: 20 sc (20*3), insert bead.

11 rnd: 8 dec (8) Fasten off, cut the yarn, hide.
Retur to the thread, in the 6th row. Crochet the petals along the left halfloops

Spring
1 rnd: crochet hooks 1.5-1.75 mm, dark green yarn. In dMR 10 sc, sl st, at the same
time do not tighten the ring very strong (10).
2- 3 rnd: 10 sc (10*2)
4 rnd: crochet according to the scheme 12. Cut the yarn, leaving approx 20 cm for the
further work.
Twist or crochet the lace approx. 60 cm long. Pass the strings through as it is shown at
the photo, at the same time making the volumetrical knots. Sew the strings to the
bluebells.
