Reflections

1. What did you observe while doing the activity?

I observed that it’s difficult to execute the different STROKE IN SWIMMING in a bench(Bangko). Also, my body is sweeting while performing it continuously
and it is a good sign that even just doing the different stroke in swimming, it’s serve me as an exercise in my body. Lastly, I observed that doing butterfly
stroke is very difficult for me to perform, just doing that stroke give me a fatigue in my shoulder.

2. What are the benefits you incurred in the given activity?

The benefits I gained from the activity are that it allows me to relax my muscles more, that it allows me to perform better in existing strokes, and that it
relieves excessive stress on any one set of muscles, lowering my risk of a swimming-related injury.

3. How will you do explain the relevance of the basic skills in swimming? Do you think that we can skip the basic skills in
swimming and proceed right away to the complex?

It is critical to master the basic skills before moving on to the more difficult ones. Swimming is built on the basic skills of
breathing, kicking, and floating. It is impossible to get to more sophisticated talents without first mastering the basic skills.
The basic skills will help us stay afloat for longer. It will also make complex skills more accessible, allowing us to master
the activity. We need to do easy warm-up routines, just like in other sports, to prepare our bodies for a complex and
challenging task. It will strengthen the muscles and stimulate the body so that it can withstand such a strenuous activity.
