If you follow and adhere to these terms you are allowed to publish free or
commercial material based upon and/or declaring compatibility with THE
COMPANY: Corporate Survival Horror without express permission from
MEGACORP Games or Wuhan Baxter LLC
1.) Art and text from our books may not be reused or translated, unless you
have explicit permission from MEGACORP Games or Wuhan Baxter LLC. You
may use the names of creatures, locations, characters, and entities of the
game world as well as the “WB” logo.
2.) The mechanics and game rules of THE COMPANY: Corporate Survival
Horror may be reused and referenced freely.
3.) Your product cannot use THE COMPANY or MEGA CORP logos unless you
have explicit permission from MEGACORP Games.
You may use (but are not required to) THE COMPANY compatibility logo.
4.) You may not give the impression that this is an official THE COMPANY or
MEGACORP Games product or that it is endorsed or sponsored by MEGACORP
Games or Wuhan Baxter LLC in any way.
MEGA CORP Games and Wuhan Baxter LLC take no responsibility for any legal
claims against your product.
Any legal disputes, controversies or claims related to this license shall be
governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United States
of America and settled in a US court.
5.) The following text must be included in the legal text, somewhere visible
in the publication, and on the website or storefront where you promote the
product:
“[Product name] is an independent production by [Author or Publisher] and is
not affiliated with THE COMPANY or MEGACORP Games. It is published under
THE COMPANY Third Party License.”
6.) This copyright text must be legibly included somewhere in the product
and on the storefront:
“THE COMPANY is copyright MEGACORP Games and Wuhan Baxter LLC.”
