1. Design a Brochure of “Encourage Health Promotion”.

2. The brochure must include:

 Relevant graphic
 Relevant layout and design
 Neat organization
 Content accuracy

3. By using Landscape scale and at the bottom left part of the first page of brochure,
you need to insert your Name and Student ID.

4. Other guidelines and rules:

a. Strictly NO PLAGIARISM. Student who are caught plagiarizing will

automatically get ZERO (0) for the assignment.
b. Refer the outlines rubric for marking criteria.

5. Submission:
