With a formal background in mental health and wellness, paired with my

proven success in enhancing mental health literacy for children and young
adults, I believe my skills and background make me an excellent fit for the
position of Child Protection Officer at UNICEF Indonesia.

I’ve also been experiencing wellness projects and research to create better
communities, so it's always been a passion of mine. I've also been intrigued
by UNICEF since it is a world's farthest-reaching humanitarian organisation
for children.

I am confident that the skills I developed in previous positions have prepared

me for this opportunity. During my previous role, I managed a counselling
service for adolescents from scratch for a recently known as peer counselling
project. I started managing the peer workers and guided them to improve
their skills as a peer counsellor. My favourite part about this project is the
outcome that peer counsellor is significant to help adolescents facing their
problems that are related to psychological well being.

One of the factors that really attracted me to this role is that UNICEF Indonesia
value is giving back to the children and community. And as I grow in my career,
applying my skills to help others and make an impact on the world becomes
the most important–I believe this role would give me that opportunity.
