Dear Mr Cindy Chow Director,

I hope you are still doing well, I am writing this email to talk about complaints from current employees
at the company

1 Employees are worried because management is asking all employees to resubmit their application, I
understand this, they feel unsafe because they feel they might be fired.Especially Employees in HR and
Sales, they are feeling dangerous and looking for a new job, this affects their productivity, so I want you
to ensure their position in the company.

2 Management must have financial help for employees to improve their English, English is important
and very necessary in work, so the company must help employees in this matter.

3 Management style: each employee will have a different style and preference, so we must have a
different style that is suitable for all employees, not just a part of employees.The atmosphere at work
will be important so all employees must be friendly with each other to have a good productivity.

4 Change the dishes in the restaurant, we should ask the staff what kind of food they want to eat and
then we will ask the chef to make such dishes.

5 I see staff complain that all jobs are assigned to Australians , I believe that in work everything should
be fair , unbiased . This is quite important, I hope you pay attention to this issue.
