This is just a very simple organizational structure of my own hotel with enough
employees. It was separated in two departments the core department and
secondary department. This is to organize the employees in their respective
departments and to ensure the nice flow of their job. Core department are simply
the employees who work physically with the customers such providing services and
assistance, while secondary department are employees who are at the offices or on
call employees and are not seen much by the customer inside the hotel.
