Personal Development consists of activities that develop a person's capabilities and


potential, build human capital, facilitate employability, and enhance quality of life and the
realization of dreams and aspirations.

You can use the factors in the personal development cloud to identify how you are going
to change the things you might want to change (ex: homework habits, the way you feel
about your physical looks, your self-care).

You can also use this to build on areas you feel like you already rock in or for things that
you already love about yourself (ex: planning career goals, exploring friendships,
maintaining/embracing confidence).

For purposes of today’s activity, think about how you can reach personal development
through the equation we talked about (your “worst” list helps identify areas you want to
develop, your “best” list identifies the tools that can help you, and these help you plan
personal development actions).
Ex: Forgetting to eat breakfast + Good at scheduling = Developing a morning
routine with more time for breakfast
