    Ans. It is an antagonist at LTD4 leukotriene receptor
    2)What is its clinical use?
    Ans. Used in prevention of asthma
    3) Zileuton inhibits which enzyme?
    Ans. Its a Lipo-oxygenase inhibitor
    4) How do corticosteroids act?
    Ans . They inhibit the release of arachdonic acid through phospholipase
    A2 inhibition.
    5) Give its two routes of administration?
    Ans. Inhalational and Oral.
