PRAYER FOR THE YOUTH

Dear Loving heavenly Father, touch our

hearts with the gentleness of your love, that we
may know we are valued and valuable beings. Be
with us, as we experience sickness and health,
sorrow and joy, loneliness and friendship,
success and failure. Gracious God, give us the
courage and strength to make the right decisions
as we journey through life. Through the power of
the Holy Spirit, may we come to know and
experience your loving care. May we learn to
walk in spirit and truth and to trust in Your
word, knowing that Your grace in sufficient for
all our needs and requirements.  Keep us we pray
from being influenced by the tempting things of
the world and the desires of the sin nature and
protect us from the wiles of the enemy who would
seek to disrupt our walk with You and fellowship
with the Father,  Give us grace and wisdom as we
face the challenges of life, and keep us humble
in heart and teachable in spirit and may we
learn to look to Jesus day by day knowing that
without Him we can do nothing but in His
strength He will lead and guide in all things.

We ask this through Crist Our LORd. Amen.
