Employers can help solve these problems by offering
workers the chance to work flexible hours to better fit in

Companies can also provide gyms, or at least offer
employees reduced gym membership rates, to ensure
that their staff can do some physical exercise.
People seem to be busier than ever before, but if
employers make an effort to consider the needs of their
staff then employees need not suffer due to demanding
workloads.
