Assuming that workforce is skilled and educated enough to understand basic English we
would design the training programme
The pre-evaluation phase, a questionnaire will be circulated in order to have an
understanding about how much workers are aware of rules, regulations, policies and
procedures of the organization, also will enquire if they practice discipline in their daily life
and work life and the benefits of discipline in work i.e., what would be the end result in terms
of performance, rewards, promotions, remuneration and welfare
Input and delivery evaluation:
The content would cover about laws, rules, regulations, policies and disciplinary action that
can be taken by the organization in case of malpractices it will also cover the perks of
practising discipline at workplace and in work, which would include the development
programme to climb up higher in skills needed to effectively perform a job and all
remuneration and non-monetary benefits.
Method adopted:
Presentation and lecture along with providing them e-content facility so that they can access
it later on also. After every module we will have an assessment, where multiple choice
questions would be given to them.
Post-evaluation
Once the training is done, a feedback form will be circulated in order to capture their
feedback, from time-to-time brief feedback on performance of workers as a result of training
could be taken.
